We are thrilled that you are interested in pursuing a Masters education, and we look forward to working with you throughout the admission process. To apply, please follow the procedures outlined below.

  • Middle School Applicants

    Step 1: Inquire
     
    Complete the online inquiry form. Once you submit an inquiry, we will send you more information about our School and invite you to upcoming admission events.
     
    Step 2: Learn More About Masters
     
    The Admission Office is pleased to offer a variety of events to help you get to know our School. Please note that all events listed are an optional part of the application process. 
     
    Step 3: Apply
     
    There are two ways to apply. You may fill out the or 51动漫免费在线观看 application, which we will send to you, along with recommendation forms, once we receive your inquiry form. 

    Applications are due prior to scheduling an interview.

    Step 4: Interview 
     
    After we receive your application, we will contact you to set up an interview. Interviews are scheduled Monday through Friday. We must receive the parent and student essays before we can arrange an interview. If you are applying through the Standard Application Online, you must submit the student profile, student essays and parent statement for your application to be considered complete. 

    We offer families the option to interview in person or via Zoom. As a school committed to equity and access, applicants are invited to select whichever option is better for their family.

    Step 5: Required Writing Sample 
     
    Students applying for the 2026-2027 school year are required to submit a graded writing sample. This piece of writing should have been produced for an English, history or humanities class and should include teacher comments and the final grade or rubric (if applicable). The document you submit must include the applicant’s full name, the date the writing piece was composed, and the name of the course for which it was written. 

    Step 6: Standardized Testing (ISEE/SSAT)

    Students applying to grades 5-8 for the 2026-2027 academic year are not required to take the ISEE/SSAT. 
     
    Step 7: Supporting Materials
     
    All applicants are required to submit teacher and administrator recommendation forms from the current school year (2025-2026). Recommendation and transcript release forms can be found on your checklist when you log into the MyMasters portal. Applicants may also submit recommendations from teachers (math and English) and administrators from the previous school year (2024-2025). These optional supplementary recommendation forms can be found . 

    Important Dates and Deadlines
    • December 15: Middle school applications are due
    • December 15: Financial aid applications due for middle school applicants
    • January 9: Supporting materials due for middle school applicants: teacher recommendations, transcripts and graded essay
    • February 11: Middle school admission decisions are released via email by 4:00 p.m. ET

  • Upper School Day Applicants

    Step 1: Inquire
